  • A: All sessions are virtual, allowing you to receive support from the comfort of your own home.

  • A: No, I do not prescribe medication. However, I work closely with psychiatrists to ensure a holistic approach to your mental health care.

  • A: Your privacy is very important to me. All sessions are confidential, and I adhere to strict ethical guidelines to ensure your information is protected. The only exceptions are in cases where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or as required by law.

  • A: Virtual sessions are conducted via a secure video conferencing platform. Once you schedule your session, I will send you a link to join the meeting. Make sure you have a quiet, private space for our session, and a reliable internet connection.

  • A: I do not accept insurance at this time. However, I can provide you with a receipt that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please check with your insurer to see if they offer reimbursement for out-of-network providers.

  • Q: What is your cancellation policy?
    A: I require at least a 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or do not show up for your appointment, you may be charged for the session. I understand that emergencies happen, so please communicate with me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule
